Originally from the rural Baptist swamp area of St. Augustine, FL, Micah's journey has been marked by diverse experiences and a passion for creativity.
 

Early in their career, Micah worked in the cosmetology industry, running their own business for several years. In 2013, Micah made a life-changing decision to move to Miami for adventure, which opened new doors and opportunities.
 

In Miami, Micah transitioned into the digital world, starting as a Social Media Manager in the hospitality industry. With a natural drive to organize, support, and bring joy to everything they do led, Micah has led numerous freelance projects, including social media campaigns, theater performances, event productions, and comedy workshops.
 

• Some of Micah's creative pursuits expanded to include:
  - Theater performances and Comedy workshop with Front Yard Theatre Collective
  - Writing Workshops with Under The Scaffold Writing Group
  - Art shows: Love Lost Miami
  - Writing Workshops, Miami Poetry Club
   

As their career progressed, Micah focused on business development and organization, social media management, copywriting, and consulting across various industries, including medical, hospitality, health and wellness, and travel. Micah has held diverse roles, bringing structure and growth to each, bridging the worlds of corporate operations and nonprofit programming with skill and enthusiasm. Additionally, Micah regularly speaks at community and industry events, where they share insights on the power of the arts, leadership in creative spaces, and personal growth.

• Currently, Micah holds several significant roles:
  - Chief Operations Officer at Orthopedic Radiology Specialists
  - Entrepreneur, developing The Curious Micah Guides (virtual tour guides)
  - Executive Leadership and Programs Director for Miami Poetry Club
  - Sessions Co-Chair for Leadership Miami's Executive Planning Committee (LM45)
   

• Micah is deeply involved in community initiatives, including:
  - Graduating from the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce Leadership Miami 44 Cohort
  - Contributing to the 305 PINK PACK's mission: THE POWER of HAIR
  - Uplifting the writing community through Miami Poetry Club
   

Throughout this journey, Micah has consistently combined creative talents with organizational skills, making a positive impact in both the business world and the creative community of Miami.
